Job Description
Talaat & Imam Consulting Engineers is seeking a highly motivated Roads Site Engineer to join our dynamic team for Siwa- Matrouh project.
Responsibilities

- Daily Site Management: Oversee and manage all day-to-day construction activities on the road project, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervision: Directly supervise site staff, including foremen, subcontractors, and laborers, providing clear direction and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Quality Control: Ensure all materials (such as asphalt, aggregates, and soil) and construction practices meet the required project specifications and industry standards.
- Technical Guidance: Interpret engineering plans and drawings, providing technical guidance to the construction team and resolving any on-site technical challenges.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, site diaries, and other documentation to the Project Manager, tracking work completed and materials used.
- Health & Safety: Implement and enforce strict health and safety regulations on-site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Coordination: Liaise with project managers, consultants, surveyors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met and communication is clear among all parties.
- Resource Management: Monitor and manage the use of equipment, machinery, and materials on-site to prevent waste and ensure resources are available when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- 7–10 years of experience in road construction and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of roadworks materials, techniques, and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
