Brief Description
This project was embarked by EHCAAN to develop a strategy for public/private partnership in 11 major airports across Egypt, to upgrade, maintain, and operate Hurghada International Airport. The T&I scope encompassed field surveys, data collection, and current condition assessments of critical infrastructure—including roads, utilities, and treatment plants—across all 11 airports to deliver conceptual designs for the necessary upgrades.
