Brief Description
T&I’s scope encompasses preparing detailed designs for the infrastructure works of an industrial park covering a total area of 1.1 million square meters, including a rough grading surface for the project site, a traffic impact assessment with traffic circulation analysis and access/egress strategies, road network layouts alongside parking design and the detailed design of the road network, as well as potable water supply, irrigation systems, wastewater collection, electrical distribution, and firefighting systems.
