The project encompassed the complete infrastructure development of an 800 feddan (approximately 335 hectares) area in El-Madena El-Khadra. The infrastructure scope included a water distribution system, wastewater collection and treatment system, road network, firefighting network, power supply and lighting, and telecommunication systems.
