Brief Description
The project aims to transmit a total flow of 49.8 million imperial gallons per day (MIGD) by direct pumping from the New Madinat Zayed Pumping Station (NMZPS) via DN1200 pipelines to the New Madinat Pumping Station (NMPS), with the following allocations:
- 7.7 MIGD to the Secondary Pumping Stations (SPSs) of the ASRP, conveyed through twin DN900 pipelines connected to the Intermediate Valve Station (IVS).
- 2.7 MIGD to the Sewage Treatment Facility (STF) under emergency conditions.
- 10.08 MIGD to the Liwa Master Plan area.
- 25.2 MIGD to the NMPS.
- 2.9 MIGD to the Emergency Madinat Pumping Station (EMPS).
From the NMPS, up to 23.99 MIGD will be transmitted by pumping to the following consumers:
- 11.13 MIGD to various Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC) network consumers via new DN1000, DN800, and DN400 pipelines extending to the Palace at Qusawirah.
- 12.86 MIGD to the future Liwa Master Plan area and other consumers via a DN800 branch line from the new DN1000 pipeline.
