Brief Description
The project aimed to develop a comprehensive master plan for Sohag Governorate through 2037. It involved assessing the current and future capacity of water and wastewater infrastructure, including over 3,200 km of water networks, 43 water treatment plants, 62 sewage pump stations, and 12 wastewater treatment plants. The study included hydraulic and process analyses to identify system gaps, propose high-priority projects, and develop phased implementation plans with cost estimates and annual budgets.
